With purge diets, dieters try to lose weight through vomiting, diuretics, or laxatives. Using any of these methods is extremely dangerous to your health and should not be used just to lose a few pounds. If you are experiencing eating disorders, such as bulimia, you should seek immediate medical attention before causing any further harm.

3. Fat Burners

Diet pills are a common way of losing weight fast, but are dangerous. Just like with other kinds of drugs, diet pills have side effects that may not be worth it. Many diet pills are not regulated by the FDA, so that means the pills do not undergo the same quality-checking processes.
